Kyonpyaw Township honors outstanding schools, students in matriculation exam

A ceremony to honor
schools with best pass rate and outstanding students who passed with high marks
in 2021-2022 Academic year’s matriculation examination was held at the Aungsan
hall of B.E.H.S.-1 in Kyonpyaw Township, Ayeyarwady Region on 3 August.
First of all, students
from No.(1) B.E.H.S. performed a song. Then, Chairman of the Township
Administration Council U Aung Naing Oo delivered a welcoming speech and called
on officials to develop human resources to build a peaceful, modern and
prosperous nation in line with international education system.
“The students have
brought honor to the families and their schools, and thus, efforts have to be
made to become the youths who can bring prestige to the country” he added.
This was followed by
the presentation of prizes to the schools with best pass rate and students who
passed with distinctions by officials.
Afterwards, a student
who won the second prize in Arts subject in 2021-2022 Academic year’s
matriculation examination in Myanmar spoke words of thanks on behalf of
