Final match of Tatkon Township Administration Council chairman’s cup inter-ward men’s football tournament held

To mark 75^th Anniversary (Diamond Jubilee) Independence Day, final match of Tatkon Township Administration Council chairman’s cup inter-ward men’s football tournament took place in conjunction with prize awarding event at the people’s football ground in the town of Tatkon, Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory on 4 January.

In the final game, the football (A) team representing Anawrahta Ward beat the squad (A) team representing Bayintnaung Ward 4-3 and was crowned the champion trophy. A total of 2000 people including chairman of the Township Administration Council U Nyi Nyi Tun and members attended the event.

Next, the awarding ceremony was held and chairman of the Township Administration Council U Nyi Nyi Tun and officials presented prizes and cash awards to best player and goalkeeper, the 1^st , 2^nd and 3^rd  winning teams respectively.—Tin Soe Lwi(IPRD)
