Uniform provided to auxiliary midwives in Mawlamyine Township

A ceremony to provide uniform and auxiliary midwives (AMW) kit to auxiliary midwives was held at People Hospital in the Town of Mawlamyine, Mon State on January 11.

First of all, Daw San San Lwin, the patron of Maternal and Child Welfare Association, discussed matters relating to the training course and called on the trainees to apply the lessons learned in the training course for local people in the State.  

The six-month training course which runs from December 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023 is being attended by 22 trainees from ten Townships in Mon State.—Khin San Myint(IPRD)
