Try hard to harness climatic conditions for people

MEDIA in various forms in Myanmar recently mentioned the terrible impacts of natural disasters, most of which hit some regions and states. Such unexpected natural disasters destroyed the life and property of the people.

 

In occurring the untimely natural disasters based on climate change, strong winds on 21 April 2023 destroyed hundreds of houses in Aungmyingon Village and TadaU Village from Lewe Township in Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, leaving 199 people injured and six people dead. In the incident, not only public houses but monasteries, schools and rural dispensaries also collapsed.

 

Currently, day temperature is still rising in the country. The instability of the atmosphere may cause strong winds, falling hail stones and heavy rains. Hence, people residing across the nation need to take care of climatic conditions and they must be in touch with weather forecasts at any time. If so, they can make necessary preparations for their families depending on the weather news. Moreover, local authorities need to declare weather forecasts related to their regions to the residents without delay.

 

Meteorologists can easily predict weather forecasts based on necessary data collected in their relevant arena. Some climatic characteristics including strong winds, lightning strikes and falling hail stones are initial characteristics of the tornado. Hence, people should observe possible natural disasters which may occur in relevant seasons for making necessary preparedness to be safe for their life and property.

 

On the other hand, everybody desires low temperatures and rain in the hot season. People from the dry regions of the nation wait for rain to some extent for having success in the cultivation of crops and to have a downtrend of temperature for reducing hotness in their regions. But, strong winds and untimely rains rudely broke their expectation.

 

Actually, if they wish for proper climatic conditions, they should conserve their environs. To do so, they have to grow various kinds of trees in order to sustain the climatic conditions, water sources and natural environment. If so, they will have a chance to expect favourable weather which may not bring bad impacts to the society as they like.

 

Now is the time for the pre-monsoon period. If humans cannot defy climatic conditions, they will face terrible losses in society. Hence, they have to try hard to grasp a trump card in hand to harness the climatic conditions based on exact weather forests. If so, it will be favourable weather benefiting the society as the people expect.
