Senior military officers have to manage systematic moves of subordinates and control themselves with a conscience: Senior General
May 31
All senior military officers have
to serve their duties with the least mistakes, said Chairman of the State
Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General
Min Aung Hlaing in his meeting with senior officer instructors and senior
officer trainees at the Command and General Staff College in Kalaw yesterday
morning.
Continuous efforts to be made not
to lose the ambitions and goals of individuals
Speaking on the occasion, the
Senior General said that everybody has ambitions and goals since childhood.
They have to strive not to lose their ambitions with constant efforts. If so,
they will have success and improve themselves.
Needs to try hard to set records
for themselves in serving duties and endeavours
The Senior General continued to
say that all senior military officers have to serve their duties with the least
mistakes. They have to apply experiences in serving duties of commanding
officers and the lessons learnt from this training course in improving relevant
regiments and units they lead. They have to study all subjects in the training
till the end of the course.
Only when they control themselves
with a conscience will they have success in their duties
The Senior General stressed that
senior military officers have to control their subordinates systematically and
control themselves with a conscience. If so, they will have success in their
assignments. During the training course, they have to systematically learn
subjects related to the Tatmadaw and field disciplines to be applied in
practical fields. Only when they make keen studies will they have critical
thinking and logical moves as well as contribute to the improvement of their
lives.
The Senior General then visited
the headquarters of local battalions in Kalaw station and inspected the sale of
foodstuffs and consumer goods at fair prices. Moreover, he inspected
preparations to dredge the silt from Natyaykan Lake in the local battalion and
gave guidance on repairing the bunds of the lake and dredging silt in the lake
before monsoon.
The Senior General then had lunch
together with senior officer instructors and senior officer trainees at the
Command and General Staff College. — MNA/TTA
