Aung Bar Lay lottery announces online lucky winners’ payments limited to K1 million via online transactions

The Department of Internal
Revenue has announced that Aung Bar Lay Lottery online winners will be required
to make online payments of up to K1 million. More than K1 million will have the
previous prize distribution system.
The winners of the Aung Bar Lay online
lottery will receive a prize of up to K1 million which will be directly
transferred to the payment platform they used to participate in the lottery. If
the lucky winner uses KBZ Pay for the lottery, the prize will go to their KBZ
Pay accounts. Similarly, if they use AYA Pay, the prize will flow into their
AYA Pay accounts.

lottery and Aung Bar Lay online lottery will be jointly held on 1 July, and 70
per cent proceeds in sales of both kinds will be allotted as prizes.
The highest prize is K500 million
and the lowest one, K10,000. It has been announced that lottery tickets valued
at above K1 million will follow the prize distribution process of Aung Bar Lay
Lottery Directorate. These tickets are available for purchase at the Aung Bar
Lay Lottery Directorate in Yangon and Mandalay. —TWA/KZW
