MoE Union Minister arrives back in Yangon from Kazan, Russian Federation

Union Minister for Education Dr Nyunt Pe and Deputy Permanent Secretary Dr Kyaw San Win arrived back in Yangon on 11 June by air after attending Education Forum held in the Kazan in the Russian Federation and were welcomed back by officials from the Ministry of Education.

 

Union Minister Dr Nyunt Pe met the Russian education team led by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and discussed matters related to the exchange of students, teachers, and scholars of Russian language teaching, the signing of MOU and the opening of the Russian Language Centre.

 

The title of the forum was “Shaping the Future” to promote future education was held with the aim of exchanging experiences and opinions and cooperating among education ministers from different countries across the world in Kazan of the Russian Federation and attended by 22 ministers of education and educational representatives. — MNA/TS
