Vice-Senior General explained the suffering of everybody regardless of
citizens, associate citizens and naturalized citizens in all advantages and
disadvantages, said that it was necessary to understand the goodwill of the
State and active participation in rehabilitation measures and presented
foodstuffs, packets of vegetable seeds and tarpaulin rolls to officials. —
