Construction of concrete road inspected in Mongshu Twsp.

Personnel from the Township Department of Rural Development inspected the construction of concrete paving work of road in Parneingh Village in Mongshu Township, Shan State (South) this morning.

The concrete road which is 430 ft. in length, 12 ft. in width and six inches in volume has been constructed since the third week of June this year with Ks.84 million of the interest of village emerald green project and all the projects have been completed 70 percent.

During the inspection tour, DRD staff met with members of village development committee and instructed to meet the construction deadline.

Once completion, it will benefit 623 local people from 134 households in the village, according to an official from the Township Department of Rural Development.—Cho Than Nyut(DRD)
