Funds of VDP handed over to respective villages in Aunglan Township

A ceremony to hand over funds of VDP to respective villages in Aunglan Township was held at a meeting hall of the Township Department of Rural Development on 25 August.

First, an official from Aunglan District Department of Rural Development gave remarks and an official from the Township Department also clarified the processes of the project. Then the officials handed over K 10 million each to responsible people from seven villages which are the members of the village development project. Likewise, two villages received K 15 million each funded by the emerald green project.

Present on the occasion were officials from District Department of Rural Development, Chairman of Township Administration Council, officials from the Township Department of Rural Development, departmental officials and responsible people from the nine villages.
