UFC 306: Joshua Van wins by decision




In an early morning fight on 15 September (Myanmar standard time), UFC 306 saw Myanmar fighter Joshua Van claimed vic­tory by deci­sion against Mexican opponent Edgar. The bout took place in the Unit­ed States, where the two fighters battled it out across three rounds, with no clear knockout.


Ultimately, the fight went to the judges’ scorecards, where Van secured the win. The first round was closely contested, with both fighters testing each other’s skills. As the round progressed, Edgar appeared to have the edge, landing more significant strikes.


However, in the second and third rounds, Joshua Van re­gained control of the fight, dic­tating the pace and outscoring Edgar, though unable to secure a knockout.
