India-Russia privileged partnership continue to develop actively: Putin

Modi on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in Kazan, Russian President Vladimir
Putin highlighted the special privileged strategic partnership between Russia
and India.
Putin emphasised the importance of cooperation with
India within the BRICS framework, underscoring the strong ties between the two
nations and their collaboration on key global issues.
Relations between Russia and India continue to
develop actively and have a character of privileged partnership, the president
added.
The participants of the BRICS summit in Russia’s
Kazan must make important decisions to expand and strengthen cooperation, Putin
said. On 22-24 October, the BRICS summit will be held in Russia’s Kazan with
the participation of heads of state, as well as representatives of several
