Myanmar women’s team set for Nepal Four Nations Cup
THE Myanmar women’s national football team has
finalized its 23-player squad for the upcoming Nepal Four Nations Tournament.
The squad includes goalkeeper Myo Mya Mya Nyein,
defenders May Thet Mon Myint and Zun Yuya Oo, midfielders Khin Marlar Tun, Naw
Htet Htet Wai and May Htet Lu (currently playing for USA club LA FC) and forwards
San Thaw Thaw and Win Theingi Tun.
The Nepal Four Nations Tournament will take place
from 17 to 26 February, featuring Nepal, the host country, Myanmar, Lebanon,
and Kyrgyzstan. Myanmar will compete in the group stage matches against Lebanon
on 17 February, Kyrgyzstan on 20 February and Nepal on 23 February. The tournament
follows a round-robin format, with the top two teams advancing to the final on
