Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Administered to Local Residents in Dedaye Township

In an effort to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19, civil servants and local residents aged 18 and above began receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at designated vaccination sites starting this afternoon.

During the vaccination campaign, healthcare workers from the Township Department of Public Health administered the vaccine to eligible individuals. Before receiving the vaccine, each person’s body temperature and blood pressure were monitored by the healthcare staff. After the vaccine was administered, individuals were observed for a few minutes to ensure there were no immediate reactions.

The vaccination campaign is being carried out under the supervision of the Township Administration Body, with the Township Department of Public Health leading the initiative. It is supported by departmental staff and members of the Social Assistance Association.— Azar Lin
