MoI holds monsoon tree planting, fish release ceremonies
THE Ministry of Information organized the 2025
monsoon tree planting ceremony and fish release ceremony at MRTV in Tatkon, Nay
Pyi Taw, yesterday.
Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn remarked and distributed
small plants to the staff of the affiliated departments.
The Union minister and his wife planted the
ironwood.
All officials, staff members and their families also
grew the plants at the designated locations, and the Union minister inspected
the tree-planting activities.
He observed the 150,000-gallon water tank that
feeds water to the MRTV building and staff housing.
At the fish release ceremony, the Union minister and
his wife released the fish into the ponds, and officials, staff and families
participated in the event.
He inspected the breeding of 176 goats and 366 ducks
in the compound of MRTV.
The Union minister and party oversaw the one-month
Advanced Course for Broadcasting Training for the engineers at the main
building of MRTV.
In the conference room, he heard the report
forwarded by the Elevate Company CEO regarding the importance of CND for
Internet Over the Top (OTT) and broadcasting with AI.
The Union minister and party enjoyed the filming of
the “question and answer for public information” programmes of MRTV HD channel
at News Studio 2, and the Union minister provided instructions on fake
