Loans of Emerald Green Project disbursed in villages, Zeyarthiri Tsp.

            With the aims of creating job opportunities and increasing family income, officials from Zeyarthiri Township Department of Rural Development made an event to disburse loans of emerald green project in Nyaungbingyi and Shanywa villages in Zeyarthiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory on 11 September.

            First, an official from the Township Department met with community leaders in the villages and members of the project and clarified the purposes and benefits of the implementation of the project. In addition, a responsible person of the project also clarified the term, interest and rules concerning the loan disbursement. Then, the officials handed over a total of K 95.2 million of loans to members of the project.

Afterwards, the members disbursed K 33.35 million of loans to 102 people in agricultural business, K 44.75 million to 232 people in livestock business, K 12 million to 35 people in trade business and K 5.1 million to 13 people in vocational business.
