Routine Vaccinations Administered to Children under Two in Palauk Township

As part of ongoing
efforts to prevent the spread of infectious diseases among young children,
routine vaccinations were administered to children aged two and below at 9:00
a.m. today at the clinic in Ward 1, Palauk Town, Myeik District, Tanintharyi
Region.
The program began with
healthcare workers from the local station hospital conducting health checks,
including body temperature and weight measurements, as well as registering the
children's information.
Following the
check-ups, medical staff administered a range of essential vaccines, including
those for diphtheria, hepatitis B, polio, encephalitis, BCG (for tuberculosis),
the five-in-one (pentavalent) vaccine, severe pneumonia (PCV), and the
