Women's Affairs Federation Donates Relief Supplies to Earthquake Victims in Tada U
Tada U, 11 September
Dr. Thet Thet Zin,
Chairperson of the Myanmar Women's Affairs Federation, led a donation ceremony
at Kawlin Monastery in Hanthawaddy Village Tract, Tada U Township, providing
relief supplies to those affected by the recent earthquake.
The ceremony began with
a respectful offering to Chief Abbot Bhaddanta Panyinda and the monastic
community. Dr. Thet Thet Zin and officials then extended support to 38 elderly
victims and met with 165 displaced residents, offering encouragement and
essential aid.
Each beneficiary
received ten types of relief items, including rice, cooking oil, blankets, bed
sheets, solar lamps, and hygiene products. A local representative, U Sisein
