MoI Union Minister urges timely completion of 3-storey RC Sarso Beikman

UNION Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn presided over a meeting on the three-sto­rey RC Sarso Beikman construc­tion and the establishment of the Sarpay Beikman Public Library in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

Speaking at the meeting, the Union minister highlighted the need to meet the standards and complete the construction of the three-storey RC Sarso Beikman building in time, to ensure the modern and crea­tive design for literary works and interior decoration at each floor, collect the different items of literary works, manage to re­ceive proper donations, to be a modern and unique building as it is the only Sarso Beikman of the country and to ensure the quiet surroundings for Sarpay Beikman Public Library.

The Union minister then heard the reports presented by the director-general of the Print­ing and Publishing Department, officials of construction compa­nies and the editor-in-chief of the Sarpay Beikman. — MNA/ KTZH
