YCDC seeks bids for affordable housing project in 3 townships

TENDER Acceptance and Eval­uation Committee of the Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC) called for qualified developers to implement an affordable housing project in three townships (Dagon Myo­thit South, Dagon Seikkan and Dagon Myothit East) in the area of YCDC, with a public-private partnership.

 

The construction of 36 six-storey buildings (four rooms) and 20 shop houses on plots of land in Dagon Myothit (South) Township, ten six-storey build­ings (four rooms) in Dagon Myo­thit Township (Seikkan), and 45 six-storey buildings (four rooms) and a commercial area on 2.73 acres of land in Dagon Myothit (East) Township.

 

The tender form will be sold between 4 and 18 December 2025. Tenders are required to be submitted to the Engineer­ing Department in Kyauktada Township by 31 December.
