Hlawga Park urges visitors to follow 5 “Don’ts”
THE nature park, Hlawga, which is established to protect the natural environment, has suggested that visitors adhere to the five don’ts.
It is a sanctuary for wild animals and is worth a visit for those who love nature, so the open zoo has suggested dos and don’ts for visitors in order to protect the natural environment.
The five don’ts are- pets are not allowed, do not use fire, do not smoke near animals, do not litter and do not let children go alone without guardians, it said.
Visitors can explore the wild fauna and flora, take photos of the natural environment, go on picnics, bicycle, and walk in the park, which is open from 8 am to 5 pm daily. On weekdays, the visitor arrival is about 500 regularly, but it is between 2,000 and 5,000 on weekends and public holidays, said the park official. — MT/ZS
