1st regular session of 3rd Yangon Region Hluttaw commences

The first regular session of the Third Yangon Region Hluttaw took place at the Yangon Region Hluttaw meeting hall in Dagon Township yesterday.

Yangon Region Representative U Min Thein Tun from Mayangon Township was elected as the meeting chair.

The meeting chair announced that the meeting had officially commenced, and U Htay Aung from the Thakayta Township Constituency was elected as Yangon Region Hluttaw Speaker, and U Kyaw Kyaw Soe from the South Okkalapa Township Constituency was elected as Deputy Speaker.

The Speaker extended greetings. The first-day event of the first regular session of the Third Yangon Region Hluttaw was adjourned The Meeting was attended by 123 Region Hluttaw representatives. — MNA/KTZH
