Myanma Post issues K200 commemorative stamps honouring Myanma coffee

THE Ministry of Transport and
Communications has announced that the Myanma Post will issue a new special
commemorative postage stamp, valued at K200, in recognition of Myanmar’s coffee
cultivation and production. The stamp features an illustration of a local
coffee plantation.
The stamp will be released for
sale at 9:30 am on Friday, 27 March 2026 (the 10th waxing of Tagu, 1387 ME). It
will be available simultaneously at the Nay Pyi Taw Central Post Office, the
Yangon General Post Office, the Mandalay General Post Office, and other major
post offices across the respective regions and states.
As a special arrangement,
commemorative date cancellation marks will be applied to postage stamps and
First Day Covers purchased on the day of release at the central post offices of
Nay Pyi Taw, Yangon, and Mandalay. — MNA/MKKS
