Myanmar drawn in Group B for 2026 AFF U17 Championship

 

The 2026 AFF U17 Championship group draw placed Myanmar in Group B with Thailand, Laos, and the Philippines.

The tournament will be held in Indonesia from 11 to 23 April, featuring 12 member countries of AFF. Myanmar U17 will also compete in the 2026 AFC U17 Championship in May. Ahead of these tournaments, the team played two preparatory matches against India U17 in Yangon, drawing one and losing one, while continuing training and preparations for the international competitions. — Shine Htet Zaw/KZL
