Ko Ko Lwin joins Thai club Port on loan
MYANMAR national futsal player Ko Ko Lwin will join Thai club Port Futsal Club on a one-season loan from YRG Futsal Club.
Ko Ko Lwin delivered strong performances in recent domestic league seasons and also impressed with the Myanmar national futsal team, prompting Port to sign him on loan. He moved from MIU to YRG at the start of last season and played a key role in helping YRG secure their first championship title.
This move marks his first opportunity to play for an overseas club and could open the door for more Myanmar futsal players to compete abroad. — Shine Htet Zaw/KZL
