MoFA Union Minister receives Indian Ambassador to Myanmar

UNION Minister for Foreign Affairs U Tin Maung Swe received Mr Abhay Thakur, Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw yesterday.

They exchanged views on matters per­taining to the further promotion of bilateral relations and strengthening shared interests for cooperation in various sectors between the two countries.

 

Also present at the meeting were re­spective officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. — MNA
