Taninthayi Region CM inspects Kawthoung airport, power projects

TANINTHAYI Region Chief Minister U Zaw Naing Oo in­spected ongoing development works at Kawthoung Airport yesterday morning and in­structed officials to ensure timely completion of the pro­ject in line with set standards and specifications.

He also inspected elec­tricity distribution works in Kawthoung Township and observed power generation operations at the 10-mega­watt solar power plant oper­ated by Southern Coastline Group Company Limited in Pasalparnyan Village, 10^th- Mile Village-tract, Kawthoung Township.

The Chief Minister later visited the Shwe Pyi Thar power plant and inspected electricity distribution in Kawthoung using combined power generated from diesel generators operated by PTC Company and the SCG solar power plant. — District IPRD/ KZL
