Developmental works in Kantbalu Township inspected

             Officials from Kantbalu Township Department of Rural Development inspected the progress of developmental tasks in Nyaungbingyi and Inphattaw villages in the township on 1 June.

            During the inspection tour, officials from the District and Township Departments and responsible people met with local residents and urged them to maintain the developmental tasks. A rural road measuring 1250 ft in length, 12 ft in with and nine inches in volume is being conducted with the funds of K 15 million funded by VDP and K 1.65 million contributed by local people in Nyaungbingyi village. Likewise, a rural road is being conducted with K 15 million funded by VDP and K 1.26 million contributed by local residents in Inphattaw village.

The developmental works are being implemented with technical assistance and close supervision of the township officials to meet the set standard by the target date.
