Diploma in Diplomacy Course 2/2026 opens

Naing Min Kyi delivered an opening address at the opening ceremony of the
Diploma in Diplomacy (DID) course 2/2026, jointly conducted by the Myanmar
Diplomatic Academy and the Naypyitaw State Academy. The ceremony was held at
the Lawkanatt Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw, yesterday.
The ceremony was attended by the
permanent secretary, directors-general and officials from the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, the rector, pro-rector and
professors/head of department from the Naypyitaw State Academy and trainees.
The Diploma in Diplomacy (DID) 2/2026
Course will be held for eight months, comprising two semesters and lasting
four months each. It will cover diplomacy, International Relations, foreign
policies, international & regional organizations, International Law,
current issues and trends in international relations.
A total of 60 trainees are participating
in the course, representing various government ministries, private sector
organizations, as well as recent university graduates interested in diplomacy
and international relations. — MNA
