Fire-Affected Households in Myingyan Receive Relief Assistance

Relief assistance was provided today to 14 households whose homes were destroyed by a fire in Ward 12, Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region.

At a ceremony held at the Township General Administration Department office, affected families received K3.3 million for building materials and rice, along with 14 relief kits containing 16 essential items.

The assistance was presented by U Soe Htut, Chairman of the Township Management and Administration Committee, and Daw Myat Shwe Sin Myint, Staff Officer of the District Disaster Management Department under Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement.— Chit Oo Nwe (Myingyan)
