GAD Supports Employees’ Children with Educational Assistance in Sinbaungwe

Sinbaungwe, June 11

The Township General Administration Department (GAD) held a ceremony this morning at the Township Hall in Sinbaungwe, Magway Region, to provide educational assistance grants to the children of its employees for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Speaking at the event, Township Administrator U Kyaw Nyein Tun said the annual program aims to support employees’ welfare and promote their children's educational development. He also encouraged parents to help nurture knowledgeable and skilled future generations.

Educational assistance, including school uniforms, stationery, and cash support, was presented to students from preschool, primary, middle, and high school levels by township officials.— Khant Win (Sinbaungwe)
