Myanmar delegation led by Vice-President U Nyo Saw leaves for Russia

Vice-President U Nyo Saw and Myanmar delegates are seen before leaving for the Russian Federation.

The Myanmar delegation led by U Nyo Saw, Vice-President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, departed from Yangon by air yesterday morning to attend the 29th Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2026 to be held in Saint Petersburg in the Russian Federation.

The delegation was seen off at the Yangon International Airport by Union Minister U Myint Kyaing, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Thu, the Commander of Yangon Command, regional ministers and officials of the Embassy of the Russian Federation to Myanmar.

The Vice-President was accompanied by Union Ministers U Aung Kyaw Hoe, U Htein Linn, U San Oo, U Ko Ko Lwin, U Khin Maung Soe and U Tun Ohn, along with Deputy Minister U Ko Ko Kyaw, departmental heads and officials. — MNA
