Incomplete applications face rejection for consular services
THE Myanmar Embassy to the Republic of
Korea has announced that consular services will no longer be provided to
applicants who submit inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
The embassy previously requested applicants
to clarify missing details and verified their submissions. However, a
significant number of applications continue to arrive with missing or incorrect
information, specifically regarding parents’ names and full addresses.
Repeated notifications have been issued
regarding these errors. The embassy stated that handling these incomplete
submissions has caused unnecessary administrative delays, disrupted general
operations and affected service delivery. — MT/ZS
