MFSPEA announces fertilizer reference prices until 31 Aug

THE reference prices set for Yangon Region are K120,000 per 50-kilo­gramme bag of urea fer­tilizer (large granular) from 1 July to 31 August and K138,000 per bag of di-ammonium phosphate from 21 June to 31 Au­gust, according to Myan­mar Fertilizer, Seed and Pesticide Entrepreneurs Association (MFSPEA).

Under the supervi­sion of the Urea Fertiliz­er Purchase, Distribution and Sales Steering Com­mittee, MFSPEA has already asked member companies to stick to the reference prices.

MFSPEA has not con­firmed the reference price for Complex 15 fertilizer. The prices may vary a bit depending on transport charges in other regions and states, as the afore­mentioned prices are set for the Yangon Region.
