2nd EV technology training course opens for applications



THE Department of Technical and Vocational Education and Training under the Ministry of Science and Technology will recruit new train­ees for Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology Train­ing (Batch 2/2026) at the Technical and Vocational Education and Teacher Training College (Belin) in Kyaukse District, Man­dalay Region, from 9 am to 4 pm from 31 August to 4 September.


The training aims to equip participants with practical knowledge and technical skills in EV tech­nology.


Eligible applicants are civil service personnel who hold GTHS (AT, EP, ECT), ITC (AT), AGTI, BTech, BE, ME, or PhD (Mech, EP, EC, MC) degrees un­der the Ministry of Science and Technology or related ministries, staff from pri­vate companies and en­terprises involved in the EV sector and individuals who have attended at least high school education. The five-day course will combine theoretical and practical training using modern lab equipment. Participants who complete the full program will re­ceive a certificate of com­pletion.


Only 25 trainees will be accepted. Applications are open from 9:30 am to 4 pm until 28 August. Ap­plicants must provide a copy of the Citizenship Scrutiny Card (CSC), an original health certificate from the township public health department, a copy of the academic qualifica­tion certificate, a copy of household registration, an original police clearance certificate and three pass­port-size colour photos.
