Cash donation made for Laymyethna flood victims
MYANMAR New Power Investment Group Company Limited donated K20 million yesterday to support relief, rescue and rehabilitation efforts for flood victims affected by the breach of the Ngawun embankment in Laymyethna Township, Ayeyawady Region, at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement. Deputy Minister Dr Than Soe received the donation, expressed gratitude, and presented a certificate of honour to the donor. — MNA/KTZH
