Frontline Tatmadaw members receive warm welcome home

A ceremony to warmly welcome back the trium­phant frontline Tatmad­aw members who cou­rageously served their duties was held at the local battalion in Twan­tay Township of Yangon Region yesterday.

Yangon Command Commander Brig-Gen Tin Min Latt, depart­mental officials, Myan­mar Police Force mem­bers, war veterans’ association members, students and locals wel­comed back returning soldiers with heartfelt enthusiasm.

Attendees greeted the returning troops – who served selflessly away from their fam­ilies to safeguard na­tional stability and the lives and property of citizens — with auspi­cious Eugenia sprigs and lively musical and dance performances.
