Loans disbursed to implement emerald green projects in Ngape Twsp.

With the aim of boosting the income of rural people and their socio-economic status, loans for implementation of emerald green projects were dispensed to members of village emerald green project committee at the Dhamayone of Shaukwa Village in Ngape Township, Magway Region this morning. The disbursement of loan is the fifth of its kind in the village.

During the event, an official from the Township Department of Rural Development clarified the purposes of the project and explained rules and regulations of the emerald green projects to be followed by members of village emerald green project committee.

Under this loans project, altogether 76 people - 43 people in agriculture business, 27 in livestock breeding business, five in trading business and one in vocational education received Ks. 35.6 million.—Ko Hlaing
