Mask campaign conducted in Paikyon

Under the arrangement of the Town Department of Public Health, departmental officials and volunteers on 23 January launched a campaign to educate people on the need to wear face masks.

As part of efforts to control the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, mask campaign was conducted in conjunction with knowledge sharing event about the dangers of COVID-19 pandemic in Ward-3 in the Town of Paikyon, Kayin State.

On the occasion, departmental officials and volunteers distributed masks to passers-by free of charge at the crowded places in Ward-3 in the town of Paikyon.

To reduce the spread of COVID-19, mask campaigns are being held in the Town of Paikyon every Monday.—Naw Khu(IPRD)
