UCSB Chair meets Russian Vice-Chairman of Committee on External Relations via videoconferencing

CHAIRMAN U Sit Aye of the Union Civil Service Board met the Russian Federation’s Committee on External Relations from the North-West Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (NWIM RANEPA) led by the vice-chairman of St Petersburg yesterday through videoconferencing.

 

Both sides exchanged views on the opening of courses for executive-level officials and advanced civil service courses by civil service academies, visiting lecturers from NWIM RANEPA to give lectures in the civil service academies, the provision of reciprocal courses on lectures of civil service academies, ToT courses, exchange of teaching experiences, reviewal and revision of the subjects being taught according to the course and update of them, technologies and libraries that will assist in research activities, bilateral study tours related to training, cooperation in educational mission programmes, collaborative experience in public affairs management and leadership.

 

The videoconference meeting was attended by members of the Union Civil Service Board, the permanent secretary, the director-general, rectors of the Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) and the Civil Service Academy (Lower Myanmar), and officials. – MNA/TS
