Relief items provided to victims of strong wind in Thabaung Twsp.

An event to provide relief items to victims of strong wind was held in Kyontadun Village in  Thabaung Township, Ayeyarwady Region on July 4.

First of all, an official from the Township Red-Cross Society made a remark and clarified the purposes of the provision of relief items for victims of strong wind in the Township.

Under this relief items supply program, families whose homes were destroyed by strong winds in the villages received relief items provided by the Township Red-Cross Society.

The powerful winds hit Kyondun and Thubeinna villages in Thabaung Township on June 24 this year and damaged some houses.—Myo Zaw Thein(Thabaung IPRD)
