Students aged five to 18 receive COVID-19 vaccine in Chaungzon Twsp.

As part of efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, students aged five to 18 were vaccinated against COVID-19 at the designated vaccination sites in the town of Chaungzon, Mon State on July 4.

Under the guidance of the Township Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment of COVID-19, out of 12702 students, 7920 students including 2015 students who have received their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and 5905 students who have received their booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine were vaccinated against COVID-19 by healthcare workers.

Medical workers from the Township Department of Public Health conducted vaccination campaign in collaboration with staff from the Township Basic Education Department and members of the Township Red-Cross Society.—Township IPRD
