SAC Member MoBA Union Minister inspects Ayeyawady, Yangon regions

STATE Administration Coun­cil Member Union Minister for Border Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, accompanied by Ayeyawady Re­gion Security and Border Affairs Minister Colonel Moe Min Naing, Permanent Secretary U Thein Htay, inspected the Training School for Development of Na­tionalities Youth from Border Areas in Maubin Township on 26 February.

 

During the inspection tour, the Union minister met the prin­cipal, staff, faculty members and students and presented cash prizes. He also cordially met the students and staff and inspected the dormitories, library and staff housing.

 

On 27 February, the Union minister and party visited a voca­tional training centre for women in Pathein. He also met the staff, instructors and trainees and pre­sented cash prizes after cordially greeting them. He also inspected the training centre compound.

 

The Union minister and par­ty observed the completed road paving processes connecting the Pathein-Myaungmya-Labutta and Theinla Chaungphya villag­es. The process was conducted with the 2024-2025 budget. He also coordinated the reports of locals regarding the access to electricity, solar power instal­lation in the village and basic education high school in Theinla village.

 

He proceeded to the Techni­cal Training School for National Youths in Border Areas in La­butta and observed the practical sessions of different subjects.

 

He also inspected a voca­tional training school for women in Labutta, met staff, instructors and trainees of training school 2 and presented cash prizes. He also inspected the artworks of trainees, practical sessions, dormitories, staff housing and a 200,000-gallon water tank.

 

The Union minister, ac­companied by Yangon Region Security and Border Affairs Minister Colonel Win Tint and relevant officials, inspected the Nationalities Youth Resource Development Degree College (Yangon) in Dagon Myothit (Seikkan) Township in Yangon Region yesterday.

 

He met the principal, vice-principal, directors, profes­sors and department heads, and made proper instructions. He also observed the college com­pound and construction projects being conducted in the 2024-2025 financial year.

 

He proceeded to Central Training School in Dagon Myo­thit (North) Township, met staff and presented cash prizes.

 

He also inspected the Dagon Myothit District Devel­opment Supervisory Office. — MNA/KTZH
