42,647 acres of monsoon paddy cultivated in Kyaukse Township

            In Kyaukse Township, Mandalay Region, it is targeted to cultivate 52,817 acres of monsoon paddy and now, a total of 42,647 acres of monsoon paddy have been cultivated.

            Various kinds of paddies including Ayar Min, Manaw Thukha, Shwe Manaw, Aung Naing Toe and Gw-11 are mostly cultivated in the township. Now, 42,302 acres of Ayar Min, 255 acres of Manaw Thukha, 75 acres of Shwe Manaw and 15 acres of Aung Naing Toe, totaling 42,647 acres have been planted. In addition, the agricultural coordination group is conducting efforts to exceed the target cultivation through cooperation with farmers and relevant departments are providing seeds, agricultural methods and water.
