CM Attends Groundbreaking Ceremony at Myaungmya Education Degree College

Ayeyarwady Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win attended the groundbreaking ceremony for new buildings at Myaungmya Education Degree College at 8:00 a.m. today.

During the event, Project Director U San Win from Zarni Htet Co., Ltd. provided detailed information about the construction plans. These include a reinforced concrete (RC) three-storey main hall measuring 210 feet in length and 106 feet in width, a one-storey RC sub-convocation hall (120 feet by 50 feet) and a two-storey RC dining hall measuring 140 feet by 60 feet.

Following the presentation, Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win gave guidance and necessary instructions for the successful implementation of the project.

Next, Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win, Region Chief Justice U Win Myint, Minister for region Security and Border Affairs Colonel Khant Mon Swe, Minister for Economic Affairs U Maung Maung Oo, Minister for Natural Resources U Ohn Myint, Minister for Social Affairs U Khin Maung Kyi, and other officials took part in a stake-driving ceremony and sprinkled scented water at the designated construction sites.

The ceremony was attended by members of the Ayeyarwady Region Government, officials from the Myaungmya District and Township Management and Administration Committees, representatives from the Women's Affairs Federation and the Maternal and Child Welfare Association, as well as the principal, faculty members, and trainees of Myaungmya Education Degree College.— District IPRD
