MRESA offers free training and AML/CFT awareness seminar
THE Myanmar Real Estate Services
Association (Central) yesterday inaugurated its professional real estate
services training batch 51/2025, offered free of charge, along with an
awareness-raising seminar on Anti-Money Laundering and Combatting the Financing
of Terrorism, at the Yuzana Hotel in Bahan Township, Yangon, yesterday.
The courses were conducted by senior
instructors from MRESA, and the training programme was overseen by the Chairman
of the Myanmar Real Estate Services Association (Central), U Khin Maung Than,
together with the Vice Chairpersons, Secretaries, CEC and EC members, and
township chairpersons.
During the sessions, 274 trainees
attended the basic real estate course, while 489 trainees participated in the
Anti-Money Laundering and Combatting the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT)
course. At the conclusion of the training, the Central Chairman, U Khin Maung
Than, presented certificates of completion to the participants. — Arkar Lin/
