NDMC allocates K12.33B for housing reconstruction in Inlay areas
THE National Disaster Management
Committee contributed K12.33 billion to the house owners destroyed by the Mandalay
Earthquake to reconstruct houses in the Inlay region, according to the
Department of General Administration in Nyaungshwe, southern Shan State.
The committee handed over the
contributions to individuals affected during a handover ceremony of the committee
held on 8 September, held at the Department of General Administration.
Those contributions went towards Kaylar
village (K4.794 billion), Zayatgyi village (K2.587 billion), Mongthaukinn
village (K228 million), ThalaeOoInn village (K364 million), Aidaukgyi village
(K1.366 billion), Paepininn village (K22 million), Myaungwagyi village (K168.66
million), Kyataw village 1 in Nanpan town (K2.81 billion) to reconstruct houses
