Team Myanmar steps up SEA Games preparations in Chonburi
THE Myanmar Women’s National Football
Squad has begun training in Chonburi ahead of the XXXIII SEA Games.
The team arrived in Chonburi on 2
December. Striker May Htet Lu, who was previously in the United States for
studies, joined the squad on the same day. Full squad training started on 3
December.
Myanmar’s women’s team is grouped with
Vietnam, the Philippines, and Malaysia. Their opening match against the
Philippines will take place on 5 December, an important game for qualifying for
the semifinals.
