Officials Inspect Preparations for Matriculation Examination in Pwintbyu Township

On 9 March, the Chairman and members of the Township Management and Administration Committee, together with departmental officials, inspected preparations for the upcoming Matriculation Examination in Pwintbyu Township, Magway Region, to ensure that the examination will be conducted smoothly and peacefully.

During the inspection, U Lin Lin Aung, Chairman of the Township Management and Administration Committee, along with other officials, visited the Basic Education High School (B.E.H.S.) Matriculation Examination Centre in Pwintbyu and the B.E.H.S. Matriculation Examination Centre in Kon Zaung Village. They inspected fire safety measures, the preparation of examination rooms and seating arrangements, healthcare provisions for students, and security measures at the centres.

According to the Pwintbyu Township Education Office, the 2026 Matriculation Examination in Pwintbyu Township will be held at the Pwintbyu B.E.H.S. and Kon Zaung Village B.E.H.S. examination centres, with a total of 1,087 students expected to sit for the examination.— Hlaing Win Lay (Pwint Phyu Myay)
