Sixth Day of 2026 Matriculation, Industrial, Agricultural and Livestock Examinations Held in Dedaye Township



Dedaye, 17 March

Students sat for the sixth day of the 2026 Matriculation Examination, as well as the Industrial, Agricultural and Livestock Matriculation Examination, at five examination centres in Dedaye Township, Ayeyarwady Region, at 9:00 a.m. today.

According to the Township Education Office, a total of 820 students—354 boys and 466 girls—took the Biology examination, while 174 students—78 boys and 96 girls—sat for the Economics subject. In addition, 100 students—70 boys and 30 girls—participated in examinations for specialized subjects, including carpentry and woodworking, industrial electric motor control, machine cutting technology, social science, and ruminant breeding and production.

Under the leadership of the Township Management and Administrative Committee, relevant departments, security forces, and social organizations are working daily to ensure that students can complete their examinations smoothly, safely, and in a supportive environment, while also taking measures to prevent traffic-related incidents.— Azar Linn
